When do I pay?

No payment is collected when you submit an enquiry. You only pay after receiving our proforma invoice and confirming you accept the final price and terms. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% before shipment.

How do you vet your Chinese suppliers?

We partner with suppliers who can provide product certifications (CE, IEC, etc.), business registration documents, and quality samples. We do not list a supplier until we have reviewed their credentials and established a working relationship.
